Bent Out Of Shape is a streetpunk/Oi! band from Friesland, founded in October 2019. At the beginning of 2020, they released their first recording: “Demo 2020”, a 7‑song CD. This demo was well received and earned the band a deal with the German label Demons Run Amok Entertainment.

At the end of 2020, they released the “Who Laughs Last” EP. In 2021, a split 7″ with The Boldness from Indonesia followed, and in May 2022 they put out a split picture‑disc 7″ with their friends from Skroetbalg. In November 2022, the band released their first full‑length album, “Old Rats on a New Ship.”

Bent Out Of Shape also appears with two songs on Volume 8 of the legendary “Oi Ain’t Dead” compilation series by Rebellion Records, alongside some of the strongest bands from the current Dutch scene. This compilation was released at the end of 2023.

In the fall of 2025, Bent Out Of Shape released their latest record: a split 7″ with their friends from the Boston Oi! band Poor Impulse Control.
A new B.O.O.S. release is planned for 2026.
